George E. Wilson, CCIM, CRE has 25 years of Commercial Real Estate Experience. He is a founding partner of Adams & Wilson Development, a boutique full-service, third-party real estate and development company based in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina. Adams & Wilson's counseling services include Marketing Strategy and Development, Site Acquisition, Site Disposition, Site Development, and Construction Management. George assists national, regional, and local retail and restaurant clients with new concept rollouts, expansions, relocations, and development. Throughout his career, he has represented both landlords and tenants, specializing in leasing, brokerage, development, and investment sales. George is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), a Senior CCIM Instructor in both Financial Analysis (CI-101) and Market Analysis (CI-102), and a past President of the South Carolina CCIM State Chapter. He received his bachelor's degree from Appalachian State University.
