John Culbertson, founder and president of Cardinal Real Estate Partners, brings to his clients more than a decade’s experience in real estate development, leasing, construction management and brokerage services. John is a former senior vice president of Trammell Crow Company, the senior broker for all industrial development and leasing in the Carolinas. John was also active in the Carolinas office market, performing tenant representation, disposition and investment transactions. Prior to joining Trammell Crow Company, John was an institutional real estate developer of airport cargo facilities for International Airport Centers. He was also involved in space leasing for clients including USAirways, Federal Express, DHL and Maersk/Sealand, among others. John is active in several boards, including the North Carolina Turnpike Authority, Johnson C. Smith University Board of Visitors, Queens University Learning Society and the Christ Episcopal Church Outreach Committee. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from College of Charleston and an MBA from Queens University Executive Program. John is married with two children. At Cardinal Real Estate Partners, John has developed proprietary processes for all aspects of real estate sales, leasing, and development.
